Yasuda Logistics Singapore Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in June 2023 as a wholly owned
subsidiary of Yasuda Logistics Corporation, a publicly listed company based in Japan. Established in
Tokyo in December 1919, Yasuda Logistics Corporation has a rich history spanning over 100 years.
Yasuda Logistics Singapore was founded to take over the business operations of Worldgate Express
Lines Pte Ltd, a company established in Singapore in January 1990 with over 30 years of experience
in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics Solutions.
Yasuda Logistics Singapore Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in June 2023 as a wholly owned

Yasuda Logistics Singapore was founded to take over the business operations of Worldgate Express
Lines Pte Ltd, a company established in Singapore in January 1990 with over 30 years of experience
in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics Solutions.
Simultaneously, Yasuda Logistics Corporation has also established a wholly owned subsidiary in
India—Yasuda Logistics India Pvt Ltd—to assume the operations of Worldgate Express Lines
International Pvt Ltd – India. The latter, founded in August 1999, was a sister company of Worldgate
Express Lines Pte Ltd – Singapore under the Worldgate Group.
Simultaneously, Yasuda Logistics Corporation has also established a wholly owned subsidiary in
India—Yasuda Logistics India Pvt Ltd—to assume the operations of Worldgate Express Lines
International Pvt Ltd – India. The latter, founded in August 1999, was a sister company of Worldgate
Express Lines Pte Ltd – Singapore under the Worldgate Group.

Worldgate Singapore incorporated in Singapore in January 1990.
In August 1999, Worldgate opened the first overseas subsidiary company Worldgate Express Lines International Pvt Ltd in India.
Thereafter having own full-fledged office in Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Cochin, Coimbatore and sales office in Pune and Tiruppur.
Worldgate opened Worldgate Express Lines (BD) Pvt Ltd in Bangladesh in 2006, and Worldgate Express Line Lanka Pvt Ltd in Sri Lanka in 2007.
Over the years, Worldgate has grown in strength in the field of freight forwarding business to a total logistics solution provider.
Yasuda took over their Singapore and Indian business in 2023.
